Tuesday March 26th, 5pm - 11pm
1. DEQ OCVRP Web Application – Updates to text on application process pages, email templates, and dealer voucher search page. Anticipated downtime for the DEQ OCVRP app is approximately 10 minutes.
2. Newsroom 2.0 Release – Networking changes include redirecting historical newsroom articles to Newsroom 2.0 homepage. Updates to SharePoint template and web part to accommodate Newsroom 2.0.
3. EIS web pages will be updated beginning at 5pm, including EPAB, GEO, and SIEC. Pages may be briefly unavailable while they are updated and redirects put into place.
Anticipated down time: DEQ OCVRP - Up to 10 minutes for DEQ OCVRP Application .
Newsroom 2.0 - Up to 30 minutes of intermittent downtime when SharePoint template and web part is updated in SharePoint environment. Intermittent downtime could affect other Oregon.gov webpages.
Systems/Environments affected: only DEQ OCVRP and Newsroom 2.0 will be impacted on the custom application environment. The template and web part update for Newsroom in the SharePoint environment may briefly impact Oregon.gov websites as noted above.
