1. Department of Environmental Quality - Text updates to Clean Vehicle Rebate Program reflect closure of program in 2025 and plans for 2026 reopening.

2. Oregon Government Ethics Commission - updates to EFS system to display agency email address and phone number in automated emails.

Anticipated down time: up to 15 minutes for each application

Systems/Environments affected: Only DEQ OCVRP and OGEC EFS systems listed are expected to be impacted by this maintenance. No additional systems or environments are expected to be impacted.
