1. Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries - https://www.oregon.gov/dogami
2. Universal Health Plan Governance Board - https://www.oregon.gov/uhpgb

Anticipated down time: No downtime is expected while these tasks are being performed.

Systems/Environments affected: Due to the architecture of the Microsoft SharePoint environment, websites on SharePoint SE environment could be impacted. If unexpected issues arise a roll back will occur to restore the environment.
